Cancellation Policy

**Rental Guidelines** **Deposit and Payment:** - A refundable deposit of $500 is required upon booking, refundable within 24 hours if there is no damage or smoke in the vehicle. - The full payment for the ride is due at the time of pick-up prior to departure. For example, if your ride costs $1000, $1000 is due at pick-up. - To ensure safety, we do not accept cash payments at the time of pick-up. Payment can be made via Zelle, PayPal invoice, or a secure payment link. Cash payments must be arranged prior to pick-up. **Guests and Capacity:** - Please adhere to the specified passenger capacity of the vehicle. The driver will not depart with more guests than the vehicle can accommodate. No exceptions will be made. - For safety reasons, no guests are allowed to ride in the front seat. **Smoking Policy:** - Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited during the ride. This includes cigarettes, cigars, black and milds, marijuana, and hookah with coals.
